I needed a screen and front door installed.I spoke to Home Depot they gave me a list of names. Neftali who’s a license insured carpenter and works for Home Depot called me I wanted to know the quote for the installation for both doors. We talked a while on the phone and I was sure I wanted him for the job. He called and let you know any changes, adjustments and stayed with the amount he quoted. I felt comfortable because he kept you involved with the process, which I appreciate. My Husband and I are very happy with the results. Neftali did a great job on a very old exterior door that required a lot of custom work and ingenuity. Very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly guy. His price was lower than three other estimates, but did very high quality work. Came out better than I imagined.

We needed railings on our front steps .. we got a referral from home depot for Neftali . He was great from coming to us to give the estimate to putting in the PVC railings. He is honest, hardworking and he makes sure every step is measured accurately. We love our new steps now! Definitely will be using him again!

We needed a fence repair to be done quickly because we are getting a dog. Neftali from East End came the next day. In two days he built a new split rail gate and put in a number of posts and rails. It is like a fortress now. Nothing will get in or out now. We are extremely happy with the prompt and professional work.

From start to finish, Neftali was professional, informative, and friendly. His workmanship was outstanding and he kept me in the loop every step of the way. On top of that he always courteous and polite and was a pleasure to work with. I would not hesitate a minute in using him again or recommending him to family and friends.

Great quality - got my room done in a week within short notice. Fair pricing and good work. Did wall repair, paint, floors, window repair, threshold, trim, cut my door. Highly recommend and trustworthy. No corners cut. I asked to leave a few things (doors, framed box under window) so we can decide what we want to do later. Again, highly recommend.

I hired Neftali for a new toilet installation. He showed up as promised on time, he was very courteous and professional and completed the job as well as cleanup in a timely manner without issue. His quote remained as said, which was very reasonable and fair. Will definitely have back for other jobs and upcoming projects.

I visited Home Depot to shop for an interior wood handrail for an indoor stair case. The project was a little tricky because of a 90 degree turn and two midway 3 foot square platforms. Of 3 interviews I chose Neftali Guzman of East End Construction & Maintenance. He came to my house to measure and then we met at Home Depot to select the needed materials. The next day he was here to paint, install and clean up. His work was neat, very precise and and I appreciated that he made sure each step met with my approval. It was a pleasure, and I’m making a list of other projects.

Services: Repaired laminate flooring, building custom shelves in closet. Neftali was very professional and friendly. He showed up on time and explained exactly what he would be doing to make the repair to my flooring and he explained step by step how he would be building the custom shelves.
