Neftali is a meticulous craftsman who takes great pride in his work. He is precise and methodical and his attention to every detail is impressive. His pricing was very fair and he was a pleasure to work with. We have already hired him for our next project and recommended him to our friends. We highly recommend him!! I visited Home Depot to shop for an interior wood handrail for an indoor stair case. The project was a little tricky because of a 90 degree turn and two midway 3 foot square platforms. Of 3 interviews I chose Neftali Guzman of East End Construction & Maintenance. He came to my house to measure and then we met at Home Depot to select the needed materials. The next day he was here to paint, install and clean up. His work was neat, very precise and and I appreciated that he made sure each step met with my approval. It was a pleasure, and I’m making a list of other projects.

Spoke with me at length about my project beforehand. Showed up on time. Did excellent work with attention to detail. Seems to be a man of high integrity whom I would trust again with any projects.

I found some water damage to the outer plywood in my bay window. I requested a quote online and Neftali got back to me immediately. He was very polite and professional, discussed everything with me in detail and arranged to immediately come assess the problem. Price was fair, work was done on time as promised, no issues. Would definitely recommend.

Great quality - got my room done in a week within short notice. Fair pricing and good work. Did wall repair, paint, floors, window repair, threshold, trim, cut my door. Highly recommend and trustworthy. No corners cut. I asked to leave a few things (doors, framed box under window) so we can decide what we want to do later. Again, highly recommend.

We needed railings on our front steps .. we got a referral from home depot for Neftali . He was great from coming to us to give the estimate to putting in the PVC railings. He is honest, hardworking and he makes sure every step is measured accurately. We love our new steps now! Definitely will be using him again!
